There is a 14 day consideration period for the purchase of exercise and therapy services and no refunds will be accepted after 14 days.
No refunds will be accepted if the customer uses the service after purchasing.
Validity Period for Purchased Exercise and Therapy Services:
• Single session: 60 days from the date of purchase.
• Package: 365 days from the date of purchase.
Upon purchasing therapy services, we will send a receipt via email. When you wish to redeem the therapy, please present your receipt.
